Hi!

My name is Olga and I am delighted to meet you.

I am a seeker, a healer, an idealist.

On a more formal note, I am a certified RTT practitioner, certified hypnotherapist and certified life/spiritual coach.

From a very early age I have been into psychology, spirituality, metaphysics. I am fascinated to see how human body, psyche and behaviors are all interlinked and affect one another in a profound and powerful way.

I love to combine psychology with spirituality since it makes it so much more powerful. There is always learning involved in any experience and having that awareness, even if it comes way after the experience is over, helps us with self compassion and understanding along with compassion for other people’s experiences.

I am originally from the country of Ukraine. I came to the US over 20 years ago and have lived in the US, Utah since.

I also enjoy dancing, music, a nice walk in the park and delicious food.
